@Jane Coyle I used an app called Quit Sure. Paid $27 bucks. Took 3 attempts but it eventually worked. Six day program. Haven't smoked a cigarette in over 2 yrs. Cravings gone. I mean once in awhile, sure I think man it would be nice...but nope not worth the hassle. Everyone we have told about the program has had success. Works with people who vape as well :)
