Learn to Fall…
I finally had the pleasure to Rock my new snow/skate at the golf course. Falling to learn is learning to fall. It’s helpful as a street skater to be able to roll out of tricks Rodney Mullen style. Here is my first attempt to roll on Day 2. 😂😂😂

@Vince Gordon thank you! 😂 @Justin Lynch will either be laughing with me or maybe mad, but the spirit whispered into my soul to pop into this store that I was close earlier. Look at my new snowboard boots!! 🥾 $8, really solid, and barely worn. I will have to find vintage 90’s bindings. What a great adventure this is turning into. 🤩

@Vince Gordon thanks…but wait…there’s more…😂 I am a very proficient shopper since I have done it for so many years. I will be snowboarding before the day’s end. Whoo Hoo!!! I put the penguin board on a wish list for now and ran out the door with a basic snowboard. I fell on my butt in the store and a nice man helped me up. So clumsy, yet so determined. 🤭

Hey there @Julie L , any news in the Skate world? We had a big warm up here in Montana and lost a lot of our snowpack unfortunately. Hopefully we will recover quick.

@Vince Gordon I have to find a school bus to sneak on. I have a college budget for now. The gig work is stupid pay, but I told myself a different story about snowboarding. I used to tell myself I couldn’t afford it. The lift tickets and gear are very expensive. Now that I have this $5 snow/skate I can show up on any hill. It’s free. Welcome to Day 3 of Skate Skool. I am so excited to get rolling finally!!

BMX, Skatebaording, Skiing, Snowboarding Submit a video in this thread to get started. I will start by sharing the first trick I relearned. After ten years off my board, I got back on again and started hitting bowls. I had to do some knee slides at first to relearn carving. Find a piano.
This is a fun challenge. You can go to a neighbors, church, the mall or sneak into a hotel or apartment building and record yourself playing the piano. If you don’t know how to play, just learn chopsticks or sing a song. 🎶 This can be silly. 😜 I often find myself in beautiful buildings with really nice pianos and the truth is that they don’t get played enough. It’s fun to jump on quick and play sometimes. For this challenge I plan on sneaking into a building and relearning a piano song this week. Have Fun!! 🤩
