A Quick Note on Roadblocks If you’re facing a roadblock right now don’t rush to label it as failure. Roadblocks are usually signals: a skill needs strengthening a strategy needs adjustment or focus needs to be simplified Growth is rarely linear. Temporary resistance is normal when you’re building something meaningful. Pause, assess, and move forward with intention. Share the specific roadblock you’re currently facing.

Monthly Intro Calls
We have missed two of our monthly intro calls and I’ve been on there, and nobody showed up for the first 15 minutes so I get off. Is there a preferred time for everybody? Potential Lead
Hey everyone I have a local store with a load not too big, is this worth persuing? If so I am kind of new to this, what would my next step be towards pricing and distribution look like? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hey Muhammad! First of all congratulations on finding your first supply. You are literally in the 10% just by taking action and finding your first supply. So I applaud your effort and dedication to applying the lessons in the resources I have provided. So off the bat just at first glance this is “mixed rags” and the quantity doesn’t seem to be very much. Do you know how many bales they are able to make on a monthly basis? Is this a nonprofit thrift store? Have they sold a load in the past to a textile recycler or will you be their first?

@Muhammad Hamza perfect. The response you gave them was spot on and accurate and yes your plans to check in with them every now and then is smart. So the weekly calls are for the paid memberships. If you wanna join our weekly calls simply upgrade to one of the paid memberships and you’ll have access. Nevertheless there’s a free intro call we do monthly for new members where I get to meet everyone, and we do a free Q&A. That call is every first Monday of the month and the next one is on Monday the 5th of January.
