Hello, I would like to know if there what are the ususal arrangement fees to get a mortgage? And any options to have a BTL mortgage without early repayment charges? And if this is not possible, what options would there be? And also if you are not happy with a valuation, what can you do? Many thanks, Roland

Hi All, I bought a flip in Nottingham. It's a bit a jump in the deep, but after over-analyzing so many deals the past months, I thought let's start! Here is the link: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/145487270#/?channel=RES_BUY It's modern method of auction. I find that interesting since so many deals fall through. With this system there is a clear deadline, 56 days maximum. Everything is very clearly monitored so the sollicitors have a clear target. Projected profit is 50K. So that's a number that makes me happy. Let's see together if I can pull that off. Layout will be changed, open plan kitchen, TV wall, new heating/boiler, new bathroom, rewiring, plastering and floors etc. Previous owner bought the house in 1968!! Wish me luck 😎
