Tomorrow I’m heading to the Netherlands, to the North Sea, for some windsurfing. I’ll see you all again in August. Keep up the training!

Wow #202 - nice surprise with randomize
Friday morning I used the wow generator and 202 was the result. Really nice one - I enjoyed it and put it on my favourite list😊 For 3 rounds I used double 8 kg and the 4 round double 10 for the front squat and the presses, for the double hang deadlift and the farmers walk 2 X 14kg, for the hand two hand swings I used 12 kg and 14 kg (8 sets in total= 160 swings for the kumite)

@Tatjana Fischer That was really fun, too.

@Dan Simkins Thanks, Dan. There’s a fair amount of volume involved, but it’s quite manageable.
M - Level 5 | PHANTOM - Black Belt Second Attempt (12 kg / 8:53)
The second attempt at PHANTOM was all about redemption. Last time I missed the mark by one single rep — so today I made sure to add a few extra to leave no doubt. The Jerks felt tougher, probably thanks to yesterday’s training still sitting in my shoulders. But they held. No giving in. The Snatches, on the other hand, felt smoother and lighter than expected. @Dojo Mods

My name is Roland, I was born in 1969. I'm tired of feeling old and weak and sick. Now I've gotten onto the kettlebell...
