We have spent boatload of money on different avenues and have come up with people that "think" they are qualified or if they do have the technical qualifications, they don't have work ethic or maybe they have a bad attitude. It is hard to find the right fit. Right now, 2 out of our 3 techs we have grown from the ground up. We hired our latest tech by word of mouth.
