Labels and Mirroring: These techniques really helped me build rapport and understand the prospect's perspective better. It’s amazing how repeating just a few words or labeling their emotions can open up the conversation. 2. Actually Listening: Instead of focusing on what I wanted to say next, I learned the importance of truly listening to the prospect. It’s about understanding them, not just waiting for your turn to talk.
