I Am Struggling With Receiving Payment Transfers
Hi V. H. Family, I really need your help. I have my 1st "Potential" Family at $5,000.00 a Month for 3 Months. The Family wants to send me $5,000.00 & I don't know what to tell them to do as far as me Receiving payment. The Family offered to pay using a Credit Cardand I didn't know what to tell them. Then they offered to "Zelle" the funds, but I didn't know if that would raise any "Red Flags" with my Bank. I'm feeling very "Unprofessional" right now. What kind Of Payment Methods Should I Have Set Up & Ready To Go? Can anyone suggest something before I lose this Family & Earnings please?

We set everything up with Baselane as well. When you open one checking account, they provide you with linked savings accounts for deposits, Vacancy Reserve, New Deal Reserve, and a couple others. The tenent will set up an account with Baselane, pay, and you'll receive it in 2-5 days.
Pets
Any suggestions on what you all charge for pets?

Hey! Right now we charge a $300 refundable pet deposit per pet if booked direct. On AirBnb it's lower but it's none refundable. We don't allow cats though.
Cleaning Fee
Quick question... what is a reasonable cleaning fee for a 30+ day stay? Considering washing and all the cleaning. (3000 square feet)
@Kate and Jason Stolarczyk We are in Middle Georgia.

After hearing everyone, I thinking we'll change it to $500 plus an applicable refundable $300 pet deposit for 30 plus days. We discussed coming into the home before the cleaner, since we are 2 hours away, and checking everything first rather than letting the cleaner decide. Then determaining if it needs the $700 deep clean. If so, we can take the remaining $200 out of the security deposit if required. In the lease, we specified that the cleaning fee is for a "standard turnover cleaning" not a deep clean. What do you all think?
