Started with Reta and then slowly but surely added to my stack.....down 55 lbs the first 12 weeks! Lots to benefit from depending on your goals with these amazing compunds

1 - Start solid with one peptide and one goal, then stack from there 2 - Strive for the minimum effective dose and much like #1 titrate up from there (especially GLP's) 3 - Pay attention to dosage, time of day and total cycle (duration) to maximize results 4 - Peptides are a (great) tool, they are not a magic pill. They will enhance adopting a positive and proactive lifestyle with all the other parts of the puzzle that we already know we should be doing

I get we're all here to Look, Feel & Operate at Peak Performance. There's so many peptides to choose from so I get it can get super overwhelming to start. That's why I wanted to make this as simple as possible and also have a space to share wins, ask questions (since I have a strong plug of training) and to make these accessible to you. I started my first stack for leaning out - was def stress eating when my nervous system gets dysregulated, and sucking wind with scaling the biz & completing my first book. I personally needed to get my brain sharper - remove the mental fog, get my gut health in check and reduce all the the best combo for inflammation so I could be more confident on camera.
