Vagus Nerve & Nervous System Regulation
Your nervous system isn’t just reacting to life — it’s shaping how well you recover, heal, and respond. The vagus nerve is the main communication line between your brain and body. When vagal tone is low, the body stays stuck in stress mode. When it’s supported, your system can shift into rest, repair, and recovery. If you’ve been feeling: - Wired but tired - Unrested after sleep - Easily overwhelmed - Slow to recover from stress This isn’t a mindset issue. It’s a regulation issue. Why Vagal Tone Matters Strong vagal tone means your body can actually rest when you rest. Low tone often shows up as poor sleep, lingering stress, inflammation, digestive issues, and low resilience. Improving tone builds internal reserve so stress doesn’t linger and recovery happens faster. This is foundational. Without regulation, nothing else holds. A Simple 5-Minute Practice Extended Exhale Breathing - Inhale 4 counts - Exhale 8 counts - Practice for 5 minutes, ideally before sleep Why it works:The longer exhale activates the vagus nerve, signaling safety to the nervous system and shifting the body into parasympathetic (healing) mode. Do this nightly for two weeks and notice your baseline change. Explore the Full Teaching 🌱 📂 Radiant Health Class → Vagus Nerve / Vagal Tone As you explore, reflect on this: Where am I managing stress instead of truly recovering from it? Small, consistent signals of safety create real change.

Love that we are revisiting this & truly beholding the magic our bodies are equipped with but long forgotten how to utilize. I really feel great measures to recalibrate and maintain our bodies & our mind will help us with these great influxes of new energy. I'm personally feeling a better innerstanding how this works. Where in the past I just read about it and semi-accepted it

Prayer Is Quantum Technology
Most of us were taught to pray from lack. To ask. To Plead. To wait for something outside of ourselves to intervene. But prayer doesn’t work because of the words we say. It works because of the state we’re in when we say them. Prayer is not performance. It's not begging. It’s coherence. When the body feels safe, the nervous system settles, and the heart and mind agree—prayer becomes a clear signal. Not asking up, but aligning in. Your body is not broken.Your life is not waiting to be fixed. The intelligence you’re praying to already lives within you. Quantum prayer works when: - the body is regulated - the heart is open - the intention is clear From that state, prayer becomes cooperation rather than control. We don’t pray for something. We pray from the state where it already exists. This is why gratitude comes first. Why calm comes before words. Why presence alone is sometimes the most powerful prayer there is. If you want to go deeper, the full teaching: Prayer as Quantum Technology is available in the Seeking the Spiritual classroom under Sacred Practices. There is also a PDF attached there with simple yet profound Quantum Prayers—for yourself, for others, for health, abundance, direction, and those moments when you don’t even know what to say. Download it, use it, and let prayer become something embodied again—not something you perform, but something you live.

New Additions in Sacred Practices: Prayers for the Soul
Hey everyone Joe and I were going over the Seven Sacred Flames Prayers this morning and I was inspired to attempt at creating my own version that had it all. I’ve added three new prayers inside the Seeking the Spiritual classroom under Sacred Practices: ✨ Prayer of Divine Mastery ✨ Prayer of Unity ✨ Prayer of Divine Alignment Each carries a different frequency — one of sovereignty and protection, one of oneness and harmony, and one of living remembrance. 💫 Your invitation: Go into the Sacred Practices section and read through all three. Then share in the comments or in the poll: - Which prayer resonates with you the most — and why? - Or, if certain lines or phrases speak to you, which snippets would you blend together to create your own prayer? Remember, there’s no single “right” way to pray. Under Sacred Practices you’ll also find examples such as: 🌿 The Universal Prayer 🔥 The Original Lord’s Prayer 🌸 The Gnostic Prayer 🌞 The Prayer of True Thought 💧 The Norito Prayerand several inspirations drawn from the Seven Sacred Flames teachings. Each one reveals a different doorway into communion with the Living Presence. These new prayers are meant to help you explore your own language of devotion — to find words that mirror the feeling of your heart and the essence of your spirit. I’d love to hear your reflections and see what moves through you. Let’s keep learning from one another and deepening our shared practice. With love and luminous intention, Cindy — Your Mystic Coach

It is a toss up between Alignment & Unity Unity feels almost the same as Alignment, however Alignment prayer is longer. It's a tie but I'll break the tie with Alignment vote

How Giving Met Receiving
Here is a lovely poem that I stumbled on one day by Celia a bilingual poet... There once was a person named Giving. And Giving gave way too much because they loved people deeply. But nobody treated them as such. Giving started to feel empty. Giving had little left to give. And Giving started to feel like they would never fully live. Giving met Taking. But Giving didn’t know how to let go. And Giving lost everything, but never really let it show. Taking eventually left— taking everything it could. And Taking never looked back, even when Giving hoped that they would. Giving sat down at a bench, where now Giving met Time. And Time told Giving, “Everything’s gonna be just fine.” Giving sat there for a while, waiting for someone new. And Giving started to wonder if someone was waiting for them, too. Giving eventually stood up. They walked around the block, where Giving saw somebody who was sitting next to a clock. Giving knew Time, but they didn’t want to interrupt to greet. So Giving kept walking as someone stood from their seat. Giving wondered about them— but Giving was afraid. Because Giving had always given, but that love had never stayed. But Committing wasn’t afraid. And Committing knew how to give. So Committing ran up to Giving and taught them how to forgive. Committing met Giving and introduced them to Receiving. And Giving became so abundant— they forgot they ever knew Leaving.
