๐ค A Genuine Question (No Pitch)
I want to ask two questions not to sell anything, but because Iโve realized most of us were never taught to even think this way. If the questions have you feeling confused or uncomfortable, thatโs okay. Thatโs kind of the point. ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐: 1๏ธโฃ Is it possible for someone to earn an ROI (Return on Investment) that exceeds a person's mortgage principal, becomes tax-free income, helps eliminate debt, and still build cash flow assets that the person controls? 2๏ธโฃ Is it possible for a mortgage to be 'paid off' while while still building a greater, tax-free ROI without technically ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ their mortgage? โจIโm not asking for perfect answers. Iโm curious about how people think about money, based on what we were taught. Most of us learned: - Pay bills - Pay down debt - Hope whatโs left grows But very few of us were taught how assets, tax treatment, and strategy can change the equation. So Iโm genuinely curious: - What do these questions bring up for you? - Do they feel impossible? - Or justโฆ unfamiliar? โจ๐ต๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. ๐ฑ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
