I’m excited to share a win with the community today. I just sold another property 6 in total using seller financing and made $3,000 today, and the buyer still owes another $2,500 on the remaining balance. What’s even better is that all of my clients have been paying on time. That’s the power of structuring deals the right way. If you have property, keep going. There are buyers out there looking for opportunities, and seller financing can make deals happen faster while creating steady income. Stay consistent and keep putting your properties out there.

I don’t use a stop loss yet so I watch price like a hawk and when it looks like the breakout has a strong and steady momentum that’s when I get in for a trade. I’m finding that the more I practice patience the better my trades are.
