When I was in the sixth grade, my class was given a list of names, one of which we each got to choose as someone we would write a letter to. I chose a little girl from Switzerland, wrote her a letter, she wrote me back, and that was the beginning of a friendship that lasted many years through letters. It has dawned on me that this wonderful platform is much like that. When I look at the map and see that we are connected all across the world, I realize that this is such a wonderful opportunity to create some beautifully unexpected friendships. Check out the map and see where we are all from. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to connect with someone in another part of the world! It can be done right here.

We have been making Sweedish Hearts for my granddaughters class. She absolutely loves doing crafts with Mina!! I have to admit, Mina loves it also!! Her card included a picture of her goat, Willow. Ir says "Happy Vaaalentine's" (as a goat would say it). She is so happy with the finished product and thats all that matters!! 🥰
