Local Biz Spotlight
Is there any training videos on how to build a Local Biz Spotlight with Intelliform? Specifically wondering what we add for sources..

Thank you @Kimberly Amio It's hard to explain I guess, here's what I want to know...there is already an intelliform template for a local biz spotlight. In the sources section you have a website. Is that just to have something for the source?

@Dave Calafiore this is the intelliform I'm talking about https://app.askspot.ai/share-intelliform/679b8fae7b76d5eb481ac790?embed=true In the sources for this form is a website url. Is the url there just so there's a source? My guess is it doesn't matter what the source is, just as long as we put something there, is that correct?
Property Spotlight With Extra Juiciness 🤩
Property spotlight with a smooth scrolling carousel. In this case other property spotlights, however, these could very easily be adverts for local businesses, events, news whatever the client wants. This is just a prototype so the carousel doesn't point to any other listings just yet. Just a minor bug with some mobile devices which I'm just ironing out. https://spotlight.askbobster.ai/bradleys-viscaya-and-green-cliffs-v2/

@Martin Jackson I thought that might have been what you did and I like how smooth it scrolls. Thanks for the css!
Spotlight Use Case Idea: The AI Neighborhood Matchmaker
Let's refine a powerful strategy for your real estate agent clients. The goal is to build a tool that makes them the undisputed local expert, but let's do it in the most seamless, conversational way possible by leveraging the full power of the Spotlight's AI. I'm calling it the "AI Neighborhood Matchmaker." The Problem We're Solving: A potential home buyer, whether they're new to the city or a local resident, doesn't just want a list of houses. They want to find a neighborhood that matches their lifestyle. Zillow can't tell them the "vibe" of a community, but a great agent can. This Spotlight will clone that agent's knowledge. The Solution: A Purely Conversational AI GuideYou're going to build a Spotlight that doesn't just answer questions—it asks them. It will act as a virtual consultant, guiding the user through a discovery process to find their perfect neighborhood. Here’s the "magic trick" you can set up for them: 1. You capture the agent's expertise. You interview the agent and create a detailed source document that profiles each key neighborhood, its lifestyle, schools, parks, and the type of person who loves living there. 2. You build the "Neighborhood Matchmaker" Spotlight. This becomes a free tool promoted on their website and social media with a compelling headline: "Which [Your City] Neighborhood Is Right For You? Chat with Our AI Expert to Find Out." 3. You craft the "Master Prompt" (AI Config Tab). This is the entire engine of the experience. You are programming the AI to be a consultant by giving it a clear, step-by-step script within the System Prompt itself. The Prompt: (You should obviously make this your own) "You are a friendly and knowledgeable real estate expert for [Your City]. Your goal is to help the user find the perfect neighborhood for their lifestyle. Follow this exact process: Start by asking: 'To find your perfect neighborhood, I'm going to ask you just three quick questions about your lifestyle. Ready?' Question 1: 'First, what's your ideal Saturday morning: a quiet walk in a park, a bustling farmer's market, or a hip coffee shop?'

🏡 Spotlight Use Case Idea: The "Interactive Open House"
Okay, picture this... It's a Sunday afternoon. Your client is running a packed open house. They're trying to talk to a serious looking couple in the kitchen, but someone else flags them down to ask, "How old is the furnace?" Meanwhile, a car slows down out front, curious about the backyard, but they can't get an answer, so they drive off. Your client is losing leads and providing a frantic experience because they can't be everywhere at once. Now, what if you could CLONE the agent, and even the homeowner's knowledge and turn it into a guided, multimedia experience available to everyone, 24/7, right from their phone? With the Spotlight feature combined with the Flow feature, you can. Here’s the "magic trick" you can set up for each new listing: 1. You build the "Experience" with a Flow. Before anything else, you use the Flow Builder to create a guided journey. This is where you add the rich media: Start with a high quality photo of the home's exterior. Add a text block: "Welcome to 123 Main Street! I'm your AI guide. I can answer any question you have, or I can take you on a guided tour. What would you like to do?" Add buttons: "Tour the Kitchen," "See the Backyard," "Ask a Question." Each button leads to another step in the flow with more images, videos (like a drone shot of the backyard or a video walkthrough of the master suite), and key details. 2. You create the "Interactive Tour" Spotlight. You feed all the property's "secret" knowledge (upgrade lists, utility costs, neighborhood secrets) into the Sources tab. The AI is now the home's expert storyteller. 3. You connect the Flow to the Spotlight. This is the crucial step. In the Spotlight's Flow Setting, you enable the "Flow Override" and select the "123 Main Street Tour" flow you just built. 4. You deploy it everywhere. Create a QR code that links to the Spotlight and put it on the "For Sale" sign, on property flyers, and on the Zillow listing with the call to action: "Take an Interactive Tour or Ask a Question Now."

You do have to be careful. Rules have gotten weird this last year. In some states and for sure California, we can only say things about the house that are already on the MLS or public, unless they are YOUR client. Usually when people walk thru an open house they are not YOUR client, meaning they don't have a signed buyer/broker agreement with you. So, if you don't have "what the age of the water heater is" on the MLS , you can't say. Who would know, what would happen, IDK. Just ask the agent what they can put and go from there. I would also have the agent confirm with the seller, what they are ok with. Other than that I love it! I have been trying to go paperless with my listings, so I would even use the spotlight instead of a flyer. Scan the QR code have all the details, along with local schools, parks, shopping, even local events... The more info the agent gives that is already public, that they don't have to go search for the more value they show them. And they may want to work with that agent! You wouldn't believe the people...flyer in their hand asking "how many bedrooms?" How much?" you get the idea... and they can always go back and look at it later.
Demo AirBnB or Property Rental Spotlight
Here's a demo of a vacation home rental spotlight, like @Dave Calafiore suggested in recent concierge use case. All the info. in this spotlight is fictional and AI generated. I've joined several FB groups for AIrBnB and vacation home renters that I will be using the "I'm wondering if page makes sense for vacation home renters" approach...just thought I would share. https://bots.localscopeai.com/share-spotlight/685b7fe29d2f8c39d5f91fa8?embed=true
