🌿 COMMUNITY CHECK-IN: What are you working on... or looking for... right now?
One of the reasons this community exists is to bring together people who offer holistic wellness support and people who are looking for it. So let’s find out what’s happening in our community! 💼 If you’re a wellness professional: What are you working on right now? A new service, program, event, workshop or resource? Tell us about it — someone here may be looking for exactly what you offer. 🌱 If you’re here for wellness support: What are you interested in exploring right now? Maybe you’re looking for information, a practitioner, a particular type of support, or simply curious about something. 🤝 And everyone: Take a look through the comments. See someone you could help, support, introduce or connect with? Say hello! You never know when a simple conversation can create the right connection. So… what are you working on OR looking for right now? 👇 People • Pets • Planet — there’s room for all of it here. 💚

Nice to know all of that, Ashley. I was a Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner for both people and animals, which works with the body's energy pathways, keeping them open and in balance and harmony. I retired from the human part of my practice and work with animals primarily now. I will work with the animal's person, though. I'm having problems sleeping and looking for help/suggestions. I'm 75. I have used my husband"s low dose ativan, which works, but it's ativan. I'm been trying a new classification of sleeping pill, called Dayvigo...it's supposed to not have many side effects or groggy residual...I might take on every 7-10 days, but the last 2 times it seemed to have some side effects that lasted through the next day.

When I was doing live workshops I learned an acronym that has stayed with me over the years. I often used it to get people to shift their mindset. The laughter medicine was always a hit, but to get people to the place, we often started with just a smile and some movement... they both shift our energy and our nervous system... it can change your entire day! Take some time today, between your meetings, take a break from your work... make a cup of tea and dance... get up and move with intention... smile, stretch, listen to your body. Do you know what a SMILE does? Start My Internal Love Engine What is your go to "pick me up"?

Touching an animal over the years of my practice, I've met the most wonderful a imals of all kinds. While we no longer have our own, I can be out walking and meet them on the trail. I volunteer at rescues offering JSJ, I dog sit for friends, and have had lots of opportunities to spend time with them it lifts my heart even if it's a sad case

What I might enjoy most are coffé and conversations, although finding the perfect time can be tough. I would like to meet the people and not just read their intro. Also, how can we help each other to include more than in ways that are our specialties, but maybe ways we have grown our business or bouncing idea off each other
