I'm of two minds on this. While fast tracking medication is great to get things to market, what's the trade off in the clinical research and efficiency. What is the review of long term impacts or safety. Faster isn't always better.
Mots-c
My rat is new at using MOTS-C. She used SS-31 prior at 5mg for 4-5 weeks. She started Mots-C at 3mg (30units from 1/2ml insulin syringe) from a 20mg vial reconstituted with 2ml bac-water. She is trying to use it every other day and today is her third time at using it at this dose. So far she’s experienced great fatigue that seems to have subsided some but now her heart rate feels higher and when she is walking barely a 1/2 mile it feels like a CrossFit workout. What is the deal? She’s also been on Reta for 2 months. Any one else felt this way? Did it subside? Thanks in advance.

There is a genetic mutation that causes people who have it to not respond well to MOTS-c and they shouldn't take it. You can read about it here. https://medium.com/understanding-peptides/a-common-mutation-impacting-mots-c-473660a8ee76

@Katy Kissko is it a methylated B?
Hi everyone
Good evening everyone, I'm Robert, I'm a certified Peptide Consultant, and I would with the medical community around training medical professionals on peptides, hormones, and other functional health modalities. I am also a coach for non-medical professionals. I create a lot of peptide content and I'm working my way through peptides in a series I call hype vs science that reviews peptide claims verse what we know of the science. Excited to participate and help out any way I can.

@Roberto Alvarez I've heard and seen crazy dosing on BPC. I'm not sure what your frame of reference is when is comes to dosing or what you would consider double dosing. Let me know.

@Roberto Alvarez well no short term impacts, but we don't know enough about any long term impacts of high use. There's also no proof that more is better in use. It would have to be a fairly accute issue for me to suggest really high doses to a client, when I know my clients get good results with regular dosing.
Some MOTS-C guidance please.
Hello 👋 Peptide Peps! So happy to be here I've already found the metabolic and deep Peptide info I've been looking everywhere for. So here's a question for y'all... I'm revising my protocol and comparing resources to find an optimal strategy. In the Peptide WIKI linked as Peptide Resources above the member numbers, and let me say it is a WEALTH of information I've been searching everywhere for... But I digress... So I've got MOTS-C in my stack and have been using 5 mg 3x per week... I was shocked to see the WIKI research recommends no more than 500 mcg as being unuseable by the body...🤨😳 https://peptides.wiki/peptides/mots-c/mots-c-dosing-protocols-calculations/ So what are your thoughts??? Most other references are at the 5mg... 500mcg vs. 5mg

5mg 3x a week is the protocol I run with my clients.
