I closed my first wholesale deal today. I just wanted to bring the WIN to the community. it was a 3/2 1440 sq ft PROBATE property. I only made 3k on it, got it locked up at 162 found a investor used all the steps in the videos ( probate list, Zillow for investor) I didn't use any money except the $500 to put the contract in escrow for title. sold it for 165K it closed today. I want to give a big SHOUTOUT to @Zach Ginn for the community I used all the information in the classroom. " WE GOING CRAZY ON THE PHONE"

I read somewhere that buying 5-10 numbers and changing the initial text for each sms lead blast will help keep the deliverability high. Is that so? I was looking into it cause even after getting A2P verified and optimized my opt in text I noticed only 40 out of the 200 texts I sent actually got delivered.
