Quitting
So I have seen a couple people that have wanted to quit GLP altogether and see if they can keep the weight down themselve. Everyone of them have failed to do so. Will this be something we need to stay on to keep weight down?!

This is very true. All the these GLP's are great at helping us lose the weight. But if individuals don't get good at their diet and monitoring their caloric intake, they will be back at square one. Count your calories and understand where you need to be on a daily basis to to keep the weight off. And get good in the kitchen and learn to make DELICIOUS healthy meals. That is the ONLY way to keep the weight off. 💪
Current Inventory
Hey Fam, Below is my current inventory at PeptideHeaven.com. Sorry I am out of the 10mg at the moment. I had A LOT of people purchasing Reta frantically after they heard the news that the government and Pharma are cracking down on the sale of GLP 1's. I will most likely have to take it down from my website very soon too. I don't want to get in trouble and get a nasty letter from them. But you will still be able to purchase it from me. You will just need to email me: [email protected] FREE SHIPPING on all items within the USA. Retatrutide: 10mg/$99 - Sold out. More will be available in 10 days 20mg/$189 23 vials in stock 30mg/$249 21 vials in stock Cagrilitide: (suppresses appetite. this helps a lot of people transitioning from Tirz to Reta) 5mg/$69 Sold Out. More will be available in 10 days MOTS-c:( Mitochondrial peptide that pairs with Reta perfectly. Burn the fat faster.) 10mg/$69 - 5 vials in stock 40mg/$149 - 10 vials in stock

@Jami Major Yes, you will still be able to purchase from me. When I do eventually remove it from the website, you can email me to purchase :)
Making the switch:
Morning so switched from 10mg Tirz as, stalled after a year, still need to lose a stone. Started Reta 2.5mg two weeks ago about to have 3rd shot Friday. Not as potent as Tirz but I believe kicks in 4th or 5th week 🤔 don't want to go up too soon like I did on Tirz. Please tell me it kicks in 🙏🤞🙏 also has anyone run warm on it? Getting hot flushes every now and then possibly just my age 54 🤔🙈

@Sheila Speed You should be losing much more. What is your weekly dose?

@Sheila Speed I am happy to hear the food noise is gone 💪 If you read the New England Journal of Medicine Phase 2 & 3 results, you will see that the participants increased their dose every 4 weeks by 2mg. I don't think you need to do that, but I would personally jump to 4mg and then see how you respond over the next 4 weeks. Hope this helps. https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2301972?fbclid=IwY2xjawNaV3ZleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETF0VUkyeUpjdG5aeTJndTU4AR71GroDzQzsoyftFGTDwuOhrM0aiUKcwcPrlFDln8j1K9IeCrWRGz7P4zGw4g_aem_z4nH9laEXkhLRK7Z2sHHuA
Reta question
I am reading that Reta doesn’t suppress appetite and food noise as well as Tirz. I am switching next week and I am really nervous that I am going to struggle! I don’t want to invest in anything else right now, although Capri is something I am looking into. Anyone not have an issue with Reta?

Angela, this is true for "SOME" individuals transitioning from Tirz to Reta. So usually what they do, is add Cagrilintide to help suppress appetite. 250-500mcg twice a week, does the trick. Reta is king when it comes to weight loss. You will defintley lose more with Reta. Let me know if you need anything else :) PS-I just sold out of Cagrilintide. I should have so more in about 10 days, if you are interested.

Sure thing Jami! https://peptideheaven.com/product/cagrilintide/ Start slow. This stuff works! I have known individuals who took too much and didn't want to eat for a couple days.
Scales
What kind of scale are y’all using? I have a digital but when I weigh at the doctor it’s always different. Which is best and what time of day is better to weigh?

Jami, all scales are gonna have a 1-3lb variance from scale to scale. Thats why I always tell people to stick to one scale. The one you have is fine. Just base your weight tracking off that one. Hope this helps :)
