I am looking forward to it!
Why HostAPost vs others? 🚀
Before i give an overview of HostAPost, let me tell you what it's not. If youre goal is "I just need a way to cleanly organize my team content, files, and material for onboarding, trainings and more, and share it with no hassle or friction to people" Boards.com: Quickly walls off people you share it with. This site just upsets me more and more when it's supposed to be the ideal "zero friction" sharing of content. Why even display your page to someone if they're forced to sign up and use the app to look at it -- People that open your boards link on mobile or desktop, the second they click anything, they force your new person or anyone to make an account to access it -- They have gotten very aggressive with paid subscription to every visitor, and forcing any and all people who visit your shared links to make an account as well as download the mobile app. -- People can't even click into a folder on a shared page without the need for the app Teachable is built to sell courses: -- You're Paying $120+ a month for 90% the features related to sales and selling courses you don't need -- Sharing Hurdles: Each person must create an account, then follow a specific invite link to then enroll. Mighty Networks and Kajabi: -- similar to teachable that because they offer so much more than you need, they get extremely expensive. $120-$250 a month -- The community features are nice but their prices plus at least Mighty, have complicated user interfaces for a non-techy can be overwhelming

@Matthew White Yes, it has. I am ready to drop them all.
Welcome! Quick intro: what are you using now, and what makes you want to throw your laptop?
Welcome — glad you're here. 🙌 Some of you may know me and have used my other sites and tools I've built over the years, and you know how closely I work with people to try to find and build solutions to make life and business easier. This group is for anyone who has to share stuff with a team, or even just themselves or a couple of people — scripts, training, links, videos, documents, playbooks, onboarding, whatever it may be— and is tired of how messy that gets, having no good platform for seamless, frictionless sharing with no walls in between. And let's be real: most people don't have a real system at all. Trust me i have Google surveys haha It's scattered across email, Google Drive, the Notes app, group chats, and "let me text you that link real quick." If that's you, you're in the right place. 😅 I've worked in I.T. for well over a decade, being a developer but also in customer service, working with people with a wide range of technical experience, including those who can barely use a cell phone, haha. I've got to learn a lot about people, their personality types, and how, just from talking to them, I know if they will be the first to drop off using a complicated tool or website If you know me, you've been a part of this journey of trying to find and use existing platforms to make the best solutions for your team, but many of these just cause a lot of frustration. Before we get into HostAPost, I want to hear from you. Drop a comment with: 1️⃣ What you use now — Boards, Mighty Networks, Kajabi, Teachable,, Google Drive, Notion, Linktree, group chats… whatever it is (even if it's just copy/paste in texts 😅) 2️⃣ Who you share with — team / downline / etc 3️⃣ Your top frustrations — the top-most things that make you want to throw your laptop(this can include how pushy, salesy these other sites can be with subscriptions. No wrong answers. The messier your current setup, the more I want to hear it. I'll go first 👇 I spent 3+ years building online onboarding courses and systems for many top leaders in business, starting with Teachable as well as Boards, then Mighty Networks. Overtime the complexity or overwhelmingness of their user experience, their very expensive paid tiers, their aggressive approach at forcing teammates to download mobile apps and create another account on a website, you just start to lose people

I use Boards and Google Drive. I am not pleased with either one.
