In my experience, I wouldn’t necessarily assume that the title is the reason for the lack of sales. A title can certainly make a difference, but there are several other factors that can have a much bigger impact, especially how far the book has been marketed and promoted and whether it’s reaching the right audience. Before changing the title, I’d probably look at the book’s current marketing, visibility, target audience, and how readers are discovering it. Sometimes the book simply needs a stronger promotional strategy rather than a new title. Have you been actively marketing and promoting the book since you published it, and what have you tried so far?
