Wanted to introduce myself. I am out of the DFW market and have been a full time curative investor for about two years now. I have dabbled with ancestry.com before and can piece some things together. If it gets too complicated, I usually just call Carolyn, give her the fact pattern, and in a few hours with her magic, she has figured out what had me stumped. I am excited to learn from her directly in how to become more proficient in genealogy. I have worked with Carolyn on multiple deals now and she is a rockstar when it comes to genealogy.

Hey everyone! I’m Rob Hernandez, a real estate agent in the Austin, TX area who’s making the transition into real estate investing. I’m focused on finding creative ways to put deals together, learning from other investors, and building relationships with people who are active in the business. I recently joined the Storytree group and look forward to connecting, learning, and hopefully doing some deals together!
