Have you ever landed a body kick so clean that you instantly felt the fight shift?
🥋 Why Body Kicks Are One of the Hardest Strikes to Counter in Muay Thai In traditional Muay Thai, most strikes can be countered immediately: - Punches can be elbowed. - Knees can be punched or kicked. - Elbows can be elbowed back. But a clean, well-timed body kick? 👉 Almost impossible to counter when done properly. It dominates distance, disrupts balance, and forces the opponent to react defensively. If your timing and range are sharp, the body kick becomes the safest, highest-impact tool on your scorecard. 💬 QUESTION: Have you ever landed a body kick so clean that you instantly felt the fight shift? Tell us your best moment 👇 #FightIQ #MuayThaiTactics
