Hey Chef, your packages looks delicious. I used to make those meals during COVID... At first I did use no compartmentalized container, but with my kind of dishes, I wanted to have some separation. It did cost a bit more but I felt my customers were more satisfied. When I prep meals, it's not just about providing "food", it's getting down to the "mechanics" of delivery from package to the health of the person.
