@Cameron Miller If one of your buyers purchases a deal, do you receive a portion of the fee (even a smaller one)? I’m assuming this is the case since your buyers are funding your marketing. If so, would you mind sharing what type of fee structure you use something like $2K, $5K, or more? Or do you take no fee at all and simply work the leads that your first-refusal buyers pass on? I’ve considered this approach for marketing funds before but never came up with a workable solution. Great share, thanks!
