Could your buyers fund your marketing? We just had three buyers willing to pay us 25k each for us to generate leads and give them right of first refusal. Could this give you the ammo you needed to level up? What's holding you back from giving it a try?
@Cameron Miller If one of your buyers purchases a deal, do you receive a portion of the fee (even a smaller one)? I’m assuming this is the case since your buyers are funding your marketing. If so, would you mind sharing what type of fee structure you use something like $2K, $5K, or more? Or do you take no fee at all and simply work the leads that your first-refusal buyers pass on? I’ve considered this approach for marketing funds before but never came up with a workable solution. Great share, thanks!
