HRT and microdosing
Hey y'all! So I was all gung-ho about starting microdosing - and I did a few times, but my hormones went total haywire and I was struggling so much with brain fog, hot flashes, RAGE, irritability - got my blood work checked and got put on HRT immediately (I’m 39 and my bloodwork showed POST menopause numbers) - it’s been a couple months, and I’m feeling ‘almost’ normal - and I’m wanting to be open about microdosing again, but I’m curious if there are any cons or things I need to be mindful of… Thank you in advance for any wisdom 🙏🏼

I tried microdosing before and then during HRT. I had menopausal brain fog, achy joints, some hot flashes, trouble sleeping, irritability. I had trouble consistently microdosing, I think in part because things were all over and I couldn't notice improvement. But honestly, that could be because I was less in tune with my body those years. I've been on HRT for about 3 years now, symptoms have leveled out considerably. I'm recently post-menopausal and the microdosing I've done this year has been much better. Obviously, not a medical opinion, although I was honest with my menopause specialist and she didn't have concerns.
