Greetings all! My name is Robb Braun. My dad was a nomad, always running from something, so there was no growing up somewhere. I served in the navy for 11 years. Shortly, after getting out, I lost my wife to cancer. My nine-year-old son and I were lost ourselves after that. Ten years later, I lost him in a drive-by shooting. That woke me up to life. I share these because they’re a huge part of who I am and why I am. Owned coffee houses for some years. Created a company called The Leadership Source (developing leaders and inspiring thriving work cultures) and more recently started a home services business of electricians. Was attracted to Art of Mobility because I have never been flexible. At 63 years old, though active (Senior Softball, Krav Maga, running/walking), I am in pain every day due to stiffness and feel like I’m constantly on the verge of injury. I am hardly done making an impact on the planet and believe completely that my ability to get and stay incredibly fit will have every bit of impact on what I’m still trying to accomplish. Glad I’m here.
