🛠 Share Your Builds / Tools / Communities Here
I’ve seen a few people starting to build some really cool things — chatbots, communities, tools, etc 👀 So instead of dropping links and promos across different posts, let’s keep it all in one place 👇 If you’ve built something, are working on something, or want to share: - Your community - A tool or system - A chatbot or automation - A project you’re proud of Drop it in here. This way: - Everyone can check things out in one spot - People who are interested can engage - And we keep the rest of the community clean and focused Also — if you’re sharing something, take a minute to check out someone else’s and show some support 👍 Let’s build and grow together.

I will write a short course in my community on how to build this workflow. For now please try it. Thanks.

I'm working on something that will save you HOURS every week Most people are still checking inventory manually… Spreadsheets. Guessing. Running out of stock at the worst time. I used to do the same. So I’m building something simple: An automated inventory tracker that checks stock, flags low items, and sends alerts automatically. No coding. No constant checking. Just runs in the background. I’ll be sharing the full setup soon inside the community. If you want to get it early, stick around.
🚀 New Free Course Added: Lead Capture
I’ve just added a new course inside the classroom focused on one of the most important systems you can build 👉 Getting the right people raising their hand. Inside the course, you’ll learn, Why most lead capture doesn’t work, How to create a simple but effective lead magnet, How to structure a landing page that converts, Where to send traffic from, What to do after someone opts in This is all based on the systems I’m building out myself, not theory. If you’re serious about building anything online, this is where you should start. 👉 Head to the classroom and start with “Lead Capture” Let me know once you’ve gone through it or if you have any questions — I’ll be active and helping where I can 🔥 @Misty Pastilock @Nikki J this one might be of interest to you might be somthing for you too @Rob Tablan

Thanks @Tyrone Watterston
Just added something new into the Premium section of the classroom 👀
This one is focused on reporting and scaling systems, specifically around reducing admin drag during onboarding and setting things up properly from the start. I’m building this out step by step as I go, so if you’re in Premium, go have a look and let me know what you think. If there’s anything specific you want me to cover next, drop it below — I’m shaping this around what people actually need 🔧

Sounds good man.
🚨 Working on something I think you will like…
@Rob Tablan, this might be right up your alley 👀 I’m currently Finishing up a Simple Business Automation course, focused on helping you identify what’s actually worth automating and how to start building out simple systems. The goal is to keep it:⚙️ Practical🧠 Easy to follow💻 Something you can actually apply straight away Still finishing it up, but it’ll be dropping very soon. If you’re looking at automation or workflows, keep an eye on this 👊

Sounds good. Looking forward to it.
How I decide if a workflow is worth automating
I usually ask 4 questions: 1. does it repeat often? 2. does it waste time or create friction? 3. does it follow a clear pattern? 4. would a simpler system actually get used? If the answer is yes to most of those, it is probably worth automating. If the process is still vague, chaotic, or constantly changing, it usually needs cleaning up before it needs automation. That one mindset shift saves people a lot of wasted build time.

Great insight. Definitely something worth following.

@Tyrone Watterston It's automation workflows mostly. I will introduce that to my community as well.
