What is something you all feel could be developed as an added extra alongside the Door supervisor course content?

From my teaching and operational experience, I feel that more real life scenarios could be added into the training. I use this myself during the courses and to me, its the difference between passing a course, and being "ready" to walk into a role.

Another good idea could be travel updates. If roads closed or being closed. Accidents. Things that could help knowing before hand when traveling to work
