Found Gavyn on YouTube randomly scrolling. I was doing no exercise but a little easy walking.
Started with a few band routines and kinda got hooked.
Joined 'Strength Reset' and really started to get into it. 'Lifelong Strong Club' is the best thing for me, do it at home your own pace and not hurting yourself. Just finished week 2 of month 4.
I have combined LSC with the stage 2 cardio walking Gavyn included as well as the core work on off days.
I look and feel like a different person.
