I understand everything about fullfilling, never done this type of fullfillment before. I have a 6% backend fee I want to ram. What mistakes can I avoid?

Starting next week, we're going to be running a contest that will run until the end of March. Students will RT posts from my and Alex that are mentorship related. The 3 students with the highest liked post will receive a prize. First place gets 3 months free mentorship. Second place get's 1 month free mentorship. Third place gets a pair of airpods.
