We Built Leaders. We Forgot the Goal Was Christlikeness.
We’ve mastered leadership development—vision, strategy, communication, management. But the goal was never to create skilled leaders. It was to raise up people who walk as Jesus walked. “Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did.” (1 John 2:6). Leadership skills without Christlikeness? That’s just Christian-flavored management. Subscribe for articles & podcasts on raising disciples whose goal is Christlikeness.

Good word
Church vs Kingdom
The church isn't the goal—it's a vehicle for Kingdom advancement. When we make church the destination instead of Kingdom, we've fundamentally misunderstood our purpose.

Amen to that
God Moves Where Hunger Lives
Jesus didn’t respond to casual interest. He responded to people who tore through roofs, pushed through crowds, and refused to walk away empty-handed. If you feel spiritually stuck right now, don’t assume God has stopped speaking. Ask yourself this: Have I stopped pressing in?

Our hunger determines the depth of our visitation.
Understanding Our Two Platforms: Substack & Skool
I get asked about this regularly, so I wanted to clarify how our content is distributed across two platforms—and why. Substack is where you'll find all my written content: teaching articles, assessments, newsletter updates, and our podcast. It's perfect if you prefer learning through reading and listening. Join my Substack https://substack.com/@glennbleakney Skool is our video hub. This is where we host all our video courses and live teachings. We use Skool because Substack doesn't support video course hosting. Skool also functions similarly to Zoom, which allows us to create an interactive learning environment. Your Options: A membership in each platform gives you access to the best of both worlds—written teachings, podcasts, on-demand video and live courses, and live community interaction. You can subscribe to both, choose just one based on your learning style, or simply purchase individual courses if that's all you need right now. Questions? Drop a comment or send me a message. I'm happy to help you figure out which pathway fits your season and learning preferences.

That’s a good idea…I never thought of the difference between the 2. I switched over to Skool recently from Substack but never thought to continue to do both
