Hey dear you! Thank you for joining our free RinoPlaysTV's Mindful Gaming Community! In this community you will find lots of contents about Mindfulness that you can apply in your Gaming time, IRL or both. This community is for beginner and intermidiate people alike but most importantly: You will find likeminded people who you can share your ideas and experiences with. There are going to be online, free and paid mindfulness and Self-embodiment courses, so stay tuned for that! @Blue Mojo Hey thanks for being here although this community is still very in its infant stage. Mindfulness + Gaming is definitely something that resonates good right now and I'm happy about it. I was also playing with the idea to bring mindful boxing into the mix to actually practice bushido with the body. What do you think? Is that something people would wanna try out? @Pete Mawhinney Eyy thanks for watching my video! I hope you get to enjoy gaming sooner than later! Those are bangers games. Have you tried Star Citizen? Arc Raiders is definitely more accecible than Pubg and there's still the chance to pace the game as you like. My Brother and I went for full on PVP exposure therapy in Stella Montis which had great learning value each round.
