I often worry that I am not able to take my vitamin D supplement consistently every day. Although I generally feel well, I would like to know whether occasionally missing doses could have a significant impact on my health. There are times when I go up to three days without taking my supplements. I am also finding it difficult to maintain the recommended fluid intake of 2.5 litres per day because of ongoing bladder issues and urinary frequency. As a result, I have to carefully plan my activities around access to toilets, which can be challenging given my personal circumstances. I often feel guilty that I am unable to keep up with these recommendations, despite doing my best to manage my symptoms and daily responsibilities. My personal life is so stressful at the moment with post divorce work that I am always on high alert and anxiety. My weak bladder had a Botox last year in sep… it helped and I had no UTI but now Botox is wearing off and bladder muscles becoming weak. Any suggestions /opionions?
