Hey everybody in this group just wanted to introduce myself and my running background I’m Riley Nalder I’m one of the first pioneers of the 9mile marathon training before it got big I’ve ran 8 marathons total 3 of them the 9 miler way before 9 mile my PR was 3:43 and my most recent PR is 3:21:39 but I’ve been getting injured I tore my hamstring just over 2 years ago and I kept reaggrevating it so it’s been very hard for me to try to get back to where I used to be. Now I’m focusing on half marathons and getting my speed back but I’m dealing with some plantar fasciitis right now trying to stay positive! My all time goal is to be able to qualify for Boston! My job is very taxing on my body combined with running hence why I’m always injured it seems like I average around 20k to 25k steps per day just from my job so it can be hard at times!
