Hello. Quick intro. 44yr old ultra cyclist from Norway. Been off the bike for a year with muscular- and tendon pains that won´t go away.. Im used to extreme amounts of training hours, but started getting issues with sleep 4 years ago and muscular pains a year ago. Really, really want to get back on the bike. <3
