Hey ya'll! I want to talk about something that just happened because I think it's going to change how a lot of you think about what's possible as a creator. For those who don't know, I am the head of the agency side of this community (UGC World Agency), and over the last few months we've been quietly running campaigns that are producing results I genuinely did not expect this early. I just wrapped a call with Vansh, the founder of Cloud Nine Clothing (https://www.cloudnineclothing.ca/), and we broke down the entire campaign together. As of right now, that campaign has generated over 15 MILLION views. At a $1 CPM, that's $15,000+ in income from ONE campaign PLUS the base rates, equallying up to $25,000+ in total income!!!! And we are not slowing down. We are shooting for 100 million views by month 3 and 4, which at that CPM rate puts us at $100,000+ in revenue from a single brand deal. But here's the part that actually matters: The majority of that money goes to the creators. One of our creators, Missy (https://www.instagram.com/ugc.missy/), made $7,000 in a SINGLE MONTH from campaigns like this. She recently quit her 9 to 5 job. Not because she got lucky. Because the infrastructure we built gave her consistent, paid placements that actually scale. Took me two years to realize some clients cost more than they pay. Had a brand paying me $1,500 per month. Sounded great on paper. But they required three rounds of revisions on every video. Constant calls. Scope creep on every project. Last minute changes. Calculated my actual hourly rate for that client. It was under $25.
