Hey brothers, My name is Rico I’ve been seeking a faith and fitness group for awhile! I started myself back in March with fitness and reading the Bible on my own in April so far I’m 145 pounds down starting at 385 now 240 don’t you guys think it hard job just to be happy?

Thank you that’s what I’m grateful for is the journey God lead me in!! Let me elaborate, as I get closer to faith I noticed as I leave the old behind I’ve been faced with burdens like loss of friendships, financial struggles, and threats from people that “want” to help me with my goals, but what I learned is to lean on God and he’ll help me through whatever struggles in front of me, but I face these tribulations alone it gets harder when you don’t have people that get it, that’s why I’ve been searching of group like this!
