Based on what I have learned over the past 6 months I classify myself as Conscious Competence. For the first few months I worked on identifying my deficits & what areas of knowledge I lacked. I allowed myself time to ensure my major deficits all came to the surface for me to focus on. I do occasionally come across smaller deficits I can refine but the bigger ones I have identified. I moved towards focusing on actively acquiring new skills and knowledge on addressing the major deficits. More importantly I acquired the ability to "respond and not react" to situations from the class presented at the S seminar which was of value to me because it allows me to remain present in the moment. Like Dr. RÉ said in one of his classes, stay grounded in the present, don't put yourself in the past or future focus on the now and you'll align yourself with the desired result. I shifted from practicing awareness to coherence. This allows me to practice embodying what I learn rather than just knowing information. When I come across new knowledge I internalize it, test its integrity through my own research, gather empirical data through experimentation & experience, & share with others to the best of my ability. P.s. I highly recommend attending seminars, webinars, & taking good notes. Writing personal notes will help recall information and develop a stronger relationship with your higher self.
