Hey guys, we wanted to share something with the community tonight. First off, we just want to say how much we love VETTED and genuinely love all of you guys in this group. Honestly, if this were just one big hangout party with friends talking iMTRs and deals, we would probably never leave. 😂 But the reality is, there’s a massive amount of backend work that comes with running a business like this — social media, marketing, sales, managing employees, operations, customer support, all of it. It really is an active business no matter how you slice it. And the reason we’ve always loved iMTRs so much is because we intentionally built our life around freedom, flexibility, and more passive income. With five little kids that we homeschool and the tons of travel already planned this year, we realized we wanted to simplify and focus more on the lifestyle that made us scream iMTR from the rooftops. So after a lot of thought and being led by peace, we decided to sell our half of VETTED to the Davenports. We truly believe they have the time, energy, and vision to pour into this community and continue growing it, and we’re excited for them to reap the reward of that investment and hard work. It was in fact their idea and their passion for teaching others that launched VETTED to begin with. That said — we are absolutely still in the RE space. We WILL ALWAYS love VETTED. We’ll still be inside SKOOL, still popping into calls from time to time, and still cheering everyone on. It just won’t compete with Marvel Blaze for our “baby” anymore. 😀😊 And of course, if any of you ever want to reach out to partner on deals, buy properties together… collaborate, brainstorm, or just stay connected — we are always all ears.
