House Price Index from FHFA contracted for a third consecutive month in June (hasn’t happened since 2011)

I bought a house in Tennessee three years ago this past June. One of the big reasons I chose Tennessee was because I couldn’t afford to buy in Arizona. But now it feels like Tennessee has caught up with Arizona’s overinflated prices. Hopefully, within another year or so, housing will become truly affordable again, and younger people can buy homes without being tied down by crushing mortgage payments.

Good question I’m super selfish. That’s the first thing that popped in my head. Lol there’s nothing physically I can give to the world and there are no words to share that haven’t already been spoken. All I can do is take care of me and be the best version of myself and give the best version of myself to whoever I come in contact with. Trying to be present and let my ego be a witness.
