For real estate u can probably make a scanner of finding low price estates. Anything that is to do with math, AI can do very well. If you want clients, it can create videos, if you want a good place for where clients can find u, make sites obviously. But best usage for AI is probably software, especially coding ones like claude. You could most definetly make a system that spots good priced real estate, or help u with leads and so on and so on. It depends completley on what you seem like you need for your job. Think like ur an employer and need specific tasks done, you make ai do them best part is you can adjust it if you want more or different.

Find leads using linkedin/google maps or your country registry. If ur in european country there are NACE codes that help u find category of work you want. Google maps for finding a local business that is on map, linkedin and registry if u want to find businesses that dont have set location usually such as service jobs like plumber, heat technician or anyone on the road. Linkedin and registry also helps if u want more detail on the business, usually those have their tax records, owner name and so on.
