My Facebook account has been disabled/suspended. I was in the process of trying to figure out how to appeal when I was completely locked out. I am able to get into my Instagram account though. As near as I have been able to determine someone posted something by being attached to my Instagram account that went against community standards. I have changed my Instagram password and set up 2-factor authorization. Any advice or info on how to appeal would be greatly appreciated!

So if you go to my FB profile page you will see it go from a solid color background to an emoji background. I am thinking about adding some different backgrounds but haven't made up my mind yet. The system automatically posted and nothing looks off, so far. So a next step to get more exposure is from my phone I shared the posts to FB Stories... added music and a link... need to figure out a strategy on TEXT for the posts... but I added music to try and match a keyword in the message.
