I'm going today to get pics. I do know it's already gutted. 2bd 1bth 1162sqft has barn 800sq Propwire says 192k Median comps are 250k to 400k [propwire says 410k] Total market value says 81k.... Owes 53k on mortgage but is really motivated to sell. This is where I need advice....where the hell do I even start on an offer? 80k, 100k. And how would I figure repairs if the demo part is done?
