I'm v. keen cyclist & was stacking creatine, beta-alanine & citrulline.. my legs were getting incredible feelings & saw big improvement in form.. adding glycine may have been a bit greedy tbf..ha.. but had heard good things . stopped glycine last wk. & sleep still v. thin, I may have been a bit heavy with my dose tbf, & systems may need bit of time to get sleep back to normal... even with patchy sleep I was still getting gr8 performance benefits, & this is the ironic thing with these supplements.. even with less sleep you can perform great..creatine is sold on ir's benefit to those that are sleep deprived.. quite ironic in some sense ..ha. thx again for your prompt feedback.. will read l8rs if not sleeping .. ha .. much appreciated ..š¤
hey.. started taking mg threonate as advised in ur top 5 supplements for sleep .. I am now experiencing the same vivid dreams as experienced with glycine ... ha .. apparently mg threonate affects the same NMDA receptors as glycine, & can trigger vivid dreams .. d'oh ... probably best to just do 4 7 8 box breathing practice in bed, before sleep, to calm myself .. every day a skool day ... š
