Northpoints & GSV
I'm finding conflicting information in the training and from support and need some clarification. When setting north points in CloudPano before publishing to GSV, should each pano point to True North or should the north point be set for each photo to the direction you want the viewer to navigate the tour? For instance one of my tours is for a building that sits on an east to west axis. When a viewer enters my tour they are heading West as they enter the building. Should that direction or view, be set as the Northpoint?

My question after reading this is: When setting the North Point in the app, which compass needle color is the correct one for position? Meaning, is the white needle North, or the red one? Thanks in advance.

Thank you @Derick Fischer. I'm taking my compass with me tomorrow to either prove myself write or wrong. 👍
GSV cover?
To those of you savvy with the GSV tours, I am a newbie... is there a way to change the first photo of the business' listing to our photo/360? for multiple reasons, like this below, the GSV car took a pic from the freeway of the trees and that is the first pic on their business listing. second is that not the actual street view and the business wants to show street view which is why they paid me to do a GSV. any help would be appreciated, thanks!! https://www.google.com/maps/place/Avenue+Heights+Apartments/@34.6164256,-120.1928494,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x80eeab1d846bbdc5:0x7cf0629264fa4a27!8m2!3d34.6164256!4d-120.1902745!16s%2Fg%2F11c6czn0fk?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI1MDcwOC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D

Hi Kristin. I don't know if you can change an actual Google photo pic. There isn't a delete option available as far as I know. Your best bet would be to shoot a couple of pics of the street view the business wants, and use one of them for the first pic. I hope this helps.
