I had a discussion with someone recently about using low-dose (1:12 ratio pen) 5MeO 1-2x/week to enhance a meditation practice. What do others think of this kind of practice? Pros and cons?

Frequency and intensity of 5MeO (and other psychedelic medicines/molecules) is worth exploring / discussing. Yes, so many variables like personal history with the substance, setting, support systems, as well as one’s experience with meditation and other non-substance induced altered states of consciousness. Also, fascinating to consider habituation or dependence on the drug for spiritual practices like how frequent is too frequent and for how many months/years. There’s no one right answer. It’s all so fascinating!

Hello my dear travelers - I just returned from the research project in Tepotzlan. The team of scientists and the medicine faculty are beyond amazing. The progress we are making with understanding the benefits of 5 MeO is palpable. My personal journey was spectacular. I allowed the molecule to love me, and that it did. I was enveloped in love and many colors with a living mural blowing through my bones of the beauty and perfection in evolution. Now, I tend to my kids, my husband, my womb, my services with an informed and bursting heart. Also, a grounded quality, accepting imperfection and modern models that I can use with alignment.
