Relationship creates connection. Purpose gives members a reason to be there. Stewardship makes them feel supported. But there’s one missing piece: a member journey that turns those values into action. A member can join, read your welcome post, see great courses and still do nothing. The fix isn’t always more content. It can be as simple as: Join → Connect → Take one small action → Get feedback → See progress → Come back. That’s when a community stops being a library of resources and starts becoming a place people actually participate in. Are your members being given a clear reason to take the next step?
