Hello Ashwin, Since I have started focusing on this type of role prep, I seem to be working endlessly on my resume, each version turning out slightly different than before. But the problem ends up being getting real world feedback and action points from people who have been on the other end. AI resume scanners and ATS formatting tools just keep regurgitating the same points, one page, star framework etc. I need help with building my solid base resume which i can use as my pole star of sorts.

Hello everyone! I'm Richard, based out of Navi Mumbai. I did my Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering and starting working as a Business Analyst supporting the Energy industry. I transitioned from there into a BA-Tech consultant role from there again for an Oil and Gas major. Currently I'm working as a Senior Consultant in Software Implementation at a Big4, for a Fortune 500 FMCG conglomerate. Last but not the least, I'll be starting my MBA this Fall at Imperial Business School, London. Aspiring to break into strategy consulting at any of the Tier 1 groups.
