Prelim Plat 20 acres
This week we get our Prelim Plat from the survey company, next steps are to talk with utility providers and get what requirements they want in easements. Once that is completed, we will submit to the county for approval. we are turning 20 acres into 4 tracts that are 5 acres total and the resale is 800k plus and we purchased for 286k. Dustin, inre a possible trailer park in Canyon? I located a spot that had been discussed. for educational purposes, do you mind posting some of these steps [I'll see more as we go, I'm more than halfway to level 3 now] as the spot ion Canyon could be great but will require that special negotiating w/power utility and city water a bit further down the road than we are right now on that . . . .Thanks boss

@Dustin Boese mostly the utility phases but also dealing with planning or county commission on getting zoning approved? am trying to find/DOCUMENT the owners of the properties in Canyon, I'll send you some basics for a look likely later today boss
