"Project Q2 is a scam...." This is what my own friends, peers, family and even people I looked up to said to me. At first they were as optimistic as me, but through the struggles of keeping a Highschooler lead NPO alive; they all fell off. It was honestly pretty depressing. You probably have no ffing idea what I'm talking about, so let me give you some context. Around last year I started a research group that was composed of some of the most accomplished highschoolers at Rishab Academy, my friend wanted to get in but when he did we were already underway I offered him to join a new team but he didn't like that and said "Project Q2 is a scam. It's never really going to amount to much; after all, if YOU could do it, won't others as well? In the end, you are just mere a high schooler who has some papers published. I bet your team will go quiet after a month or two." Well....... he was right; at least about the last statement. The whole team did go quiet, I was going through one of the biggest lows of my life; as a highschooler, an entrepreneur, a sane 15 yr old. But You know what I didn't give up--AND THAT'S WHERE MY FRIEND WAS WRONG! I am not JUST A MERE HIGHSCHOOLER, I am a MERE HIGHSCHOOLER WHO DIDN'T KNOW WHEN TO GIVEUP! I implemented new strategies I started recruiting everyone regardless of what they've done in the past; but what they want to do in the future. I started recruiting executives that'd keep the group's activity in check. We have even started working on our website! But why? I learned a valuable lesson; achievements do not define a person, their mentality does (Like how even getting the top 0.1% of high schoolers to do research ended up haywire), which is why today we take in EVERYONE (and we are getting PHENOMENAL RESULTS!!) regardless of their experience or achievements (But we see their motivation) Today, Proj-Q2 is a research organization that helps high schoolers with their research papers for free (But our service is good so for how long 🫠)!

Should your ecs be "one-diemensional"
I'm keep seeing people (especially on a2c) going back and forth on whether or not your ecs should focus on the majors you wish to pursue or just being a more lively person. Should it be a 40/60 split? (4 things not related to your major) and (6 things that are related to your major). Although I mainly feel awards/scholars would also express a lively character.
Questions about Research Papers
1. What are the different types of commonly used methods for said papers 2. Do college admissions even mention/talk about your research papers in front of you? 3. Is there any type of research that can be done by one person? 4. Does it really need to be something impactful? (Considering we're all high school students I highly doubt they're looking for something truly ground breaking coming from us).
